Jolene loves to do craft and literature workshops/lectures and would love to chat with you about writing (or her love of animals, gardening, motocross, scuba diving, music, and all things nature).

If you would like her to speak at your book club or just want to say hello, drop her a line!

Speaking & Workshops

In addition to readings and author talks, Jolene welcomes invitations to participate in workshops, panels, symposiums, and conference sessions that explore how fiction can address themes such as environmental inequity, resource extraction, rural healthcare, and mental health—with nuance, empathy, and an emphasis on story and character. She is happy to discuss possible formats or collaborations to tailor a session or conversation to your audience.
